Managing your mindset

After my week away from the office to focus on my career goals, it was quite challenging to head back to the office today. It's always painful to catch up and also keep a positive attitude in a place full of negativity. 

But I walked in there this morning with a different attitude, a different focus. My goals are a little more defined and the steps to get there a little bit clearer. 

I realized that in order to reach my career goals, I needed to do exactly what I did to reach my fitness goals - change my mindset to a belief that I can do whatever I want as long as I challenge myself and keep striving to be a better me. 

It can be scary to venture into something new but once you've done it once, I promise you can do it again. Think positively, work hard, and your biggest dreams can become a reality.
