Time travel

Let me be honest, I hate the end of day light savings time just as much as the rest of you.  It's amazing how an extra  hour can make you feel so terrible.. and the lack of sunshine.. don't even get me started.

I have customers in all 4 times zones of the United States and find myself "time traveling" much more frequently than twice a year.  If possible, I always try to act as if the time change never occurred.  Obviously, this is much more difficult in California than in Mississippi but it helps my body to adjust (or rather, not adjust) to the change.

So here's my advice to you - act like day light savings time never happened and use this extra hour to your advantage.  Set your alarm clock an hour earlier and get your workout in before work because we all know how difficult it is to get motivated in the darkness that will soon greet us as we exit the office.
