Pushing yourself

Sorry to have been away for so long. I actually did find time to workout but just couldn't find the time or motivation to write...

I've been under a lot of stress at work lately which has contributed to my time away. I go to work every day and get pushed around. Pushed to get more orders. Pushed to lower prices. Pushed to get more done in less time. Pushed to the brink of insanity. All this pushing leads to a lot of stress but it also pushes me to do Insanity.

At the end of the day, I usually can't change the results at work but I can push myself to improve my results in the gym. And that's exactly what I do. 


When others push you around, use it to your advantage and improve yourself because oftentimes that's the only thing that you have control over.
