We use this term 'diet' so losely these days. I prefer to say that I have a 'lifestyle' but that is not always clear to those who don't live the same lifestyle. When we say 'lifestyle' instead of 'diet' it becomes a more permanent activity. There are so my fad diets that last a week or maybe even a couple months but there is nothing more permanent than a lifestyle.
My lifestyle includes making healthy food choices and working out a regular basis. It includes substituting healthier food alternatives but still allows me to indulge in moderation.
