Making myself proud

Today's workout: Insanity's Max Interval Circuit

It's been a while since I've been able to post mostly because I haven't been able to workout because of my work schedule but also because my lack of cell phone has made it rather difficult to post...

That aside, I have been struggling lately with the unrealistic expectations that my management has for me.  Now, I am an incredibly motivated person and love a challenge but the expectations have become outrageous even by my high standards.  And no matter what I do, it never seems to be good enough. 

With these unattanable expectations, my stress level has been through the rough lately and I have noticed that I can only keep my cool when I actually have time to workout.  Unfortunately, workouts have been few and far in between lately.

Despite management's disappointment, the gym is where I make myself proud. It's where I can go to feel great about who I am, how hard I've worked, and how far I have come from where I began.
 

So if you feel like you just can't get it right, hit the gym because you will always feel better and make yourself proud of all that you can do.
