Set a goal and then beat it!

Today's workout: 4 mile run 

This afternoon my manager two levels above me told me that I was "not even close to my limit." 

I was rather irritated by the comment as I've lost my mind several times in the past month because of the pressure that he's put on me. (I realize now that I should have just taken it as a compliment...) 

Nevertheless, I turned this statement into my motivation for my workout today.  

My goal when I left my house was a 5k (3.2 miles). By the time I was finished, I had hit 4 miles! I could have made it even further but the sun was almost completely gone by the time I hit 4. 

So enjoy some workouts outside before the sun is rising after you head to work and setting before you leave work. And don't forget to beat the goals you set for yourself because you, too, are not even close to your limit.
