Reasons I worked out today..

Today's workout: Insanity's Max Interval Circuit 

Sometimes you need more than one reason to convince yourself to workout. Today I needed at least 10...

1. I had pizza and beer yesterday.
2. I didn't workout yesterday.
3. I have to travel later this week.
4. Punching someone in the face is assault and will get me fired if it occurs at work.
5. Cussing people out at work will also get me fired.
6. I spend most of my day working for others and very little of my day focused on myself.
7. Even though it's fall (which I'm rather sad about), I want to maintain my bikini body.
8. I think I literally questioned my sanity today.
9. Because I should be the only one beating myself up.
10. Because I can.
