I would hate to know how much time I actually spend on Pinterest. I'm sure that I am not alone in the denial of my level of addiction, however, I would also venture to guess that I spend far more time on the health and fitness section than most of you; that makes it okay, right?
The truth is, I use the health and fitness page as a major source of workout motivation. That being said, I am also incredibly sceptical of about 99% of the stuff that I see on the page.
One of the things that bothers me most in this world (whether it be personal or business) is a hypocrite. I want to declare this blog a 'NO HYPOCRITE ZONE.' I will only write about my experiences - positive and negative - but I will not expect more of you than I expect of myself.
I want to make a commitment to you. I promise that I will not write a blog post unless I workout on that day. I can't promise that I will always find time to write a post when I do workout but I will promise that I won't post without completing a workout.
I encourage you to make your house a 'NO HYPOCRITE ZONE,' too! Don't tell others that you enjoy working out when you go home and sit on your couch with a pizza and a six pack of beer. Instead, enjoy the pizza OR the beer AFTER your workout. :)
