Sticking with it: On vacation

As Chris and I sadly venture home from our extra long weekend vacation, I am proud to say that I completed two workouts in our three day stay! (The eating habits were a different story however...)

While I wasn't able to get a full insanity workout in, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and had fun on some kayaking adventures and runs along the lake. 


The one day that I "skipped," we even took a long walk through Niagara Falls - that counts, right?! 

Sticking with it on vacation seems to be the most difficult task of all but you can find creative ways to get some physical activities in and still enjoy your time away.
