The vacation is over

I really didn't want to get back in the gym this morning but the mirror told me otherwise. My chicken wings, beer, ice cream, and family picnic (we all deserve a break...) took a toll on my waistline this weekend. 

While it was not easy, I finished the whole workout even though my performance wasn't up to my usual standards. 

Chris once told me that what makes me better than others is that even when I don't want to workout, I still do. Every time I want to give up or not even start to begin with, I remind myself that what makes me stronger is pushing myself to do it especially  when I don't think I have it in me. 

So when you just don't feel like it, remind yourself that you can be better than the rest by pushing yourself to just do it! And I bet that you will surprise yourself with how much you can do.
