Do more before 8

There are many days where I can't fit in a workout unless I get up early. If I'm being honest, most times I reset the alarm. But if I don't hit snooze, there's no greater feeling than starting my day off right. 


I'm proud to say that today I conquered the snooze button! What's the trick? I set preworkout and a bottle of water next to my bed so I don't even have to get up to take it. I also changed the alarm note to "take your preworkout" so I couldn't forget why I chose to get up so early.
