There are a few things that I do that help make a morning workout possible for me. The most important thing I do is get everything ready the night before. This makes less work in the morning and, therefore, let's you sleep just a little bit longer.
I set everything I need right next to the bed. While it may be strange that my preworkout, blender bottle, and a bottle of water are on my nightstand, this is probably the thing that makes it easier to climb out in the morning. I also set my gym clothes, shoes, hair accessories, and contacts out as well. Talk about cutting out excuses...
Now I would like to think that I could become a morning workout person but I just don't see that happening. What is it they say? It takes 30 days to make something a habit?
Quite frankly, I generally need a workout after a day in the office but there are days where I have to make morning workouts happen and these little things make all the difference in the world!
Happy sweating!
