We could all use a little humor as our weekend comes to an end... unless you're one of the lucky ones with tomorrow off (P.S. I hate you). When I workout, I often think about the joke below which I find quite hilarious although so NOT true.
The truth of the matter is that you are never really done getting "in shape." It's a constant battle to improve or maintain your fitness level.
The highlight is that it gets so much easier. When you start shedding pounds, seeing results, and making the gym part of your routine, it is so much easier to keep doing it.
Now I won't lie, I have my days where I have no desire to workout. I even still have days where I press play and I don't think that I will ever make it to the end of the workout.
So don't reach your goal and then give up - create a new goal! Think of each goal as a milestone in your physical fitness but never stop working towards that next milestone. I think my next milestone is a 6 pack. ;)
