Supplementing your workout

I'm letting you in on a little secret here... an entire shelf of our incredibly limited pantry space is dedicated to health supplements.  It's like having our very own mini GNC store.


Obviously, it's better to get vitamins from eating healthy foods and a lot of you may not believe in adding extra "stuff" to supplement what you're not getting from your diet.  Trust me, I get it! I was one of you (and I still am).  So this week I'd like to talk about what supplements we choose put in ours bodies and why.

I'd like to qualify this by saying that I am by no means an expert at this stuff. I just want to share with you what works for me (and for Chris, too).
