Back on track

Quite frankly, this has been the most stressful week I can remember for quite some time. This lead me straight to the liquor cabinet and a bag of popcorn instead of into the gym last night...

While I know I deserve and need a break every once in a while, I always regret not getting in the gym because I just don't feel as good as I do when I hit the gym.


So I'm back on track today even if I did just start my [almost] 2 week vacation! Here's to time with family, good eats, lots of gift giving, and hopefully lots if sweating!
