When I get stuck in a rut, I always give myself a new fitness challenge/goal to focus on. I've been doing insanity since March but to be honest, I have never completed the two month routine straight through. I did the month one workouts for a few months and I've been doing the month two workouts for the last few months.
So as reluctant as I am to share this with you because now you can all hold me accountable for the next two months, I know I have to share in order to hold myself hostage in the gym. Here it is - my new challenge is to actually start and complete the 9 week calendar as quickly as I can. With the holidays coming up, I highly doubt it will be 9 weeks but lets just see how it goes...
(I skipped fit test because the workout was enough evidence that the week off was a bad idea. So, I'm a day ahead already!)
