One of the things I missed most was my music and my MapMyRun app. For real, if you run and you don't have this app you are seriously missing out.
I wasn't feeling like a workout today so I downed some C4 and grabbed my phone for a quick run. I generally run for about 30 mins or 3 miles just to get some physical activity in but today I just could not stop! If it weren't for the blister on my foot, I don't think I would have ever stopped.
I hit the 1 hour mark and surpassed 6 miles which has probably never happened before. Thanks to a couple Facebook friends who ran half marathons today for the motivation - congrats girls!
Today's workout: 1 hour run (6.34 miles)
