Rough day, tough day

Today's workout:  2.5 mile run 

Today was my one year anniversary in my current role at my company. I love that my job challenges me and teaches me something daily, however, there are those days that are over-the-top challenging and, frankly, too much to handle - today was definitely one of those days.  

When I have a rough day, it's even more important that I challenge myself in the gym to remind me just how tough I am. 

To challenge me even more, I'm traveling this week so I have to eat dinner and am away from my gym. I'm proud to say that even though I just wanted to curl up in bed and sleep forever after the day I had, I not only went to dinner but also had a decent run after dinner!

Don't forget just how tough you are - especially when life hands you a rough ride.
