Upgrade

Throughout college my pay was in the form of cash or personal checks and tax-free.  My "paychecks" are now direct-deposited, benefits-deducted, and taxed heavily.  On the bright side, they are consistent and much larger. But the larger they get, the more I want to spend.  

I have accomplished a lot in the past few months and felt the need for a little personal reward.  And here she is...

I had a hard time picking exactly what I wanted but the second I laid eyes on this baby I knew it was meant for me.  It's amazing how many people have said "that's so you," even people who haven't known me very long.

Let's not forget my first car.  It was a perfect car for my school years but I was ready for yet another big change.

But I'm not gonna lie, I don't miss it. Although... I was shocked by the amount of money it took to fill up my accord versus my civic.. yikes!

It was a stressful process but I'd say the upgrade was well worth it.  Huge thanks and much love to my awesome mom for the moral support.
